    • Mike, We have decided for sure how we’re going to run things. The original idea was to rotate one new piece online every couple of weeks. But now we’re thinking of doing a quarterly thing. It really depends on two factors: moolah and submission. As of right now everything is coming out of my pocket (website hosting and payments to contributors). We’d like to get some sort of contributions set up so we could raise the payments. We have had a fair number of submissions, but not such a huge number that we’re tearing our hair out trying to decide among all of the good choices. We hope that if we can bump the pay a bit that some higher quality writing may come in. We won’t sacrifice quality for frequency–we’ll wait longer to publish quality stuff. We hope to have a “Best of Rise Forms” each year around Christmas time starting next year that we would actually sell. We aren’t looking to make money, but rather increase the coffers for payments to content contributors. I don’t know if I answered your question, but that’s kind of where we are at the moment. It seems like a good reception so far, so we have high expectations at the moment.

  3. yeah I like the idea of waiting for release dates for the next ‘issue’. Speaking of myself, I usually bookmark a new release for the moment the craziness subsides a bit, then settle in for a good read. RR now added to my reader.
