Utah’s Mother’s Day Caddis Hatch?

Blacksmith Fork is gushing…

caddis on rock

but the caddis are out in force. Size 16-18.

Look for slow sections along the banks (like along that log on the left side of the first picture above) or rocks.

I saw a nice one rise in this hole.

I’ll be fishing with the rod tomorrow (weather permitting) instead of just the camera. [singlepic id=512 w=300 h= float=]

- You’ve heard of cloud-seeding? We got a nice slice of the bailout $$ to implement a “caddis-seeding” project. Sorry about that.
